Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an associate optometrist who shares our commitment to providing personalized, high-quality care while fostering meaningful relationships with patients and the community. Our ideal candidate values digging deep into patient care, prioritizing connection and trust over volume. They appreciate the give-and-take of a balanced practice environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
The preferred candidate will hold or be eligible for a New Mexico license, and we are happy to assist with the licensing process. They should align with our mission, actively participate in weekly associate meetings, and embrace opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and available resources. We are looking for someone who can join our team on or before August 1, 2025.
Compensation:
Our compensation package includes a base salary with production bonuses of 20% on all collected revenue, including insurance payments, patient copays, and optical sales. Bonuses are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th. Full-time benefits include group health insurance, FSA allowance, AOA membership, state licensing fees, malpractice insurance, and credentialing coverage. We also offer a continuing education allowance, 401(k) matching at 4%, paid maternity leave, holidays off, and unlimited unpaid time off.
