City of Vision Eyecare leads the way in comfortable eye exams using the most up-to-date eye care technology. Using our advanced Optomap and fundus photo stations to examine and map your retinas, you may even have a dilation-free exam!What is “Medical Eye Care”?
Most routine eye exams are actually complex comprehensive medical visits. A routine eye exam only updates glasses and screens for un-diagnosed diseases. The examination, diagnosis, and treatment of eye conditions is not covered by vision plans, but is covered with your major medical plan under a specialist copay or deductible.
While annual preventative eye exams are critical to your long term health, any new or sudden changes to your vision should be addressed immediately.
